We do not offer full or partial refunds for unused services and packages — including massage therapy, personal training and fitness center memberships.
If your plans change and need to cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice — otherwise, you may be charged a cancellation fee. We recommend that you schedule appointments far enough in advance to ensure you receive the time slots you need.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with our service within 24hours of your treatment sessions and you need a refund of your outstanding, we shall refund, but any refund after the stipulated period will not be honoured.
