Terms and Conditions
1. Appointments
a. Any cancellation of an appointment that occurs within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a loss of money or session.
b. Patients are required to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.
c. Late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time or cancellation of the appointment.
2. Payment Terms
a. Payment for services is due at the time of treatment.
b. Amazing Physiotherapy accepts credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
c. A receipt will be provided for all payments made.
3. Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will not incur any charges.
b. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a loss of money or session.
c. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment.
4. Refund Policy
We do not offer full or partial refunds for unused services and packages — including massage therapy, personal training and fitness center memberships.
If your plans change and need to cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice — otherwise, you may be charged a cancellation fee. We recommend that you schedule appointments far enough in advance to ensure you receive the time slots you need.
Thank you for your patronage We hope you are happy with your treatment. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our service within 3 days of your treatment sessions and you need a refund of your outstanding, we shall refund, but any refund after the stipulated days will not be honoured.
b. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days.
c. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
5. Liability
a. Amazing Physiotherapy will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services.
b. Amazing Physiotherapy will not be liable for any consequential losses or damages.
6. Confidentiality
a. Amazing Physiotherapy will maintain the confidentiality of all patient information.
b. Patient information will only be disclosed with the patient’s consent or as required by law.
7. Governing Law
a. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
b. Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
a. Amazing Physiotherapy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
b. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
c. Patients are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions regularly.
